Services
What we do.
Four ways to work together. Each one produces a number, and the number is the point — not the deliverable, not the software, not the deck.
The AI Productivity Audit
$950
Four and a half hours of my time. Ninety minutes of yours.
The entry point, and usually the only thing worth doing first. A structured look at where the hours actually go, followed by a written value case.
What you get
- A map of where your week goes, built from a conversation rather than a survey
- Every candidate process ranked by hours and cost
- A total-cost-of-ownership and return model for the top one or two, in your numbers and your rates
- A one-page recommendation: do this, don't do that, here is what it returns
- The model itself, in a spreadsheet you keep and can change
What it isn't
A software recommendation. I do not take commission from any vendor, and if the honest answer is that you should buy nothing, that is what the report will say.
Book the auditProcess Automation Sprint
from $4,500
Sixteen hours over two to three weeks. One process.
The single highest-value process from the audit, installed properly. Usually quoting, onboarding, reporting, or client communication.
Quoted after the audit, because quoting it before would be guessing — and because the scope depends on what the measurement finds.
Included
- The working automation, built around your existing tools where possible
- Tested against your last twenty real examples before it goes live
- The written procedure, so it survives the person who built it
- A short walkthrough video for whoever else touches it
- The baseline-and-after measurement plan, agreed before we start
Not included
A second process. That is another sprint, and doing two at once is how both fail.
Value Assurance
$750 / month
Capped at six clients. Monthly.
The ninety-day check, made permanent. Every month: re-measure the numbers, report actual against modelled, fix what has drifted, and recommend one thing to change.
AI workflows decay. Models change, prompts misfire, tools rename features, and someone quietly stops using the thing in March. A retainer that does not report a number is a subscription to nothing — this one reports the number.
Why it is capped at six. Because beyond six the quality drops, and the whole value of the service is that somebody is actually looking.
Guides and the library
$199 · $29 / month
From month fifteen. Not yet available.
The same processes the sprint installs, written so a competent owner-operator can run them without me. A guide is only written once a process has been solved for at least three clients — before that it is a guess dressed as a product.
The library collects them, plus the model, the templates, and the case studies with the real numbers in them. Two guides bought separately cost more than a year of the library, and the library keeps growing.
Why this exists. Because a consultancy that only sells hours has a ceiling, and because some businesses genuinely should do it themselves.
Not sure which one?
Start with the audit. It is the cheapest way to find out whether any of this is worth doing, and it will tell you if it isn't.
