The newsletter

Augment Yourself and Your Business.

A fortnightly letter for owner-operators who keep hearing about AI and want to know what to actually do about it. Free, and it stays free.

What's in each issue

  • What happened. Three things from the past fortnight, in plain English, with no hype and no doom.
  • What it means for you. The translation — always ending in a decision you can make.
  • Try this. One tip, prompt or template you can use before the next issue.
  • In the wild. A customer story, with their written permission, or a note from building this business.

The letter carries no paywall. Charging for it would turn a letter into a product, and put a churn number on the one thing whose job is to build trust.

Subscribe

One email a fortnight. No sequence, no upsell.

The list is small and new. Subscribe and you get the next issue; reply to any of them and it comes to me, not a support queue.

The build log

Every automation I sell, I run here first. The log records what it does, what it replaced, how many hours it returned, and what broke.

Nothing is published yet. The first entries are being written now and will appear here rather than being backdated to look established. A build log with no failures in it is not worth reading.

Want the audit instead?

The letter is free and will stay free. The audit is how the business makes money, and it is the fastest way to find out whether any of this applies to you.
